This process lets you update all contact info throughout the web site efficiently. This includes the searchable directory under "contact UCT" and all other sub-pages that reference this same database.
1. Sites and Channels - Contact UCT - contact us - staff directory (the only active/green item) - staff directory (minibase App)
*You can make small changes directly
2. Export a copy of the current Staff directory. Store here
3. Update this Google sheet to prepare an import: (Remember to keep departments standard so they will not be duplicated.)
When updated, export as a CSV: File - download as - CSV
4. On website: "Purge All" to remove all records and import the CSV file you created in step 3
