Create an Parent Email List in Powerschool

Launch your Powerschool Gradebook

In the left hand pane, under Classes, choose the class for which you wish to build a parent email list.

Select the Reports tab and double click on Student Roster (last line)

Make the following selections:

Output Type: Export (CSV)
-
Sections: Selected Class
-
Student Info: Student Name
-
Parent Info: Guardian Email
-
Sort: Gradebook Preference
-
In lower right hand corner of the window, choose the Run Report button
-
Select Open (or Save if you wish to save an electronic copy)

Your list of student names will open in Excel as a comma delimited file.
