Get Parent Email addresses for Teachers

Retrieve Parent Teachers Rosters by Class

1. Log into Powerschool > System Reports
2. Class Rosters (pdf)
3. From the menu next to Print rosters for... select instructor's name
4. Next to Meeting(s) Leave all unchecked for all classes
5. Under Roster columns (fields) choose  Guardian, GuardianEmail, Last_Name, First_name
