Citrix XENClient DVD not recognized
Issue: DVD or other hardware is not recognized on a Citrix Virtual machine.
Solution: Restart the following service logged in with admin rights "Virtual Computer Request Monitor"
*A reboot should also fix this issue but can take up to 20 minutes on a virtual machine so only attempt this with ample time. (end of the school day)
